AI agents and business automation for SMEs
We build AI agents and automated workflows that take repeated work off your team: answering enquiries, reading documents, updating records and moving approvals along.
People stay in charge of decisions that involve money, commitments or customers.
What we build
- AI agents that answer enquiries on WhatsApp, web chat and phone, then pass the conversation to your team with the full history.
- Voice assistants for bookings, qualification and follow-up calls.
- Document reading: details from invoices, forms, quotations and emails go straight into your systems.
- Workflow automation: approvals, reminders, record updates and hand-offs between tools.
- Generative AI inside software you already use, such as drafting replies or summarising a case for the next person.
Where automation pays off first
Start with work that repeats every day, follows clear rules and costs money when it runs late. Typical first projects:
- Replying to the same questions across WhatsApp, email and social inboxes.
- Booking, confirming and reminding appointments.
- Copying order, stock or customer details from one system to another.
- Chasing quotes and approvals that sit in someone’s inbox.
AI is not always the answer. Rules, forms and standard automation often do most of the work, and we add AI only where it saves time.
How AI stays under your control
- Every AI action is on record: what it did, why it acted and where a person approved the decision.
- Actions involving money or commitments wait for a person and leave an audit trail.
- Each client’s data is kept separate.
- An agent answers as your business, says it is an assistant when asked and hands over to a person on request.
Work we have delivered
- Apex Investment Company Limited (consultancy): enquiry handling across five channels.
- Candour Group (real estate): a CRM with lead screening and listing automation.
- A customer engagement platform that keeps AI voice calls, WhatsApp, appointments and follow-up in one customer record. See the case studies.
How a project runs
- Scoped before it is built. The first week maps the workflow, integrations and acceptance criteria. You approve a written scope and quotation that shows the work, estimated days and cost for each module.
- Built in the open. You see working software each week, so your team can test it while changes are still quick and inexpensive.
- Handed over, then supported. We launch on accounts in your name, test against the agreed criteria and document the system. Ongoing maintenance is optional.
Timeline is fixed in your written scope.
Common questions
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
It hands the conversation to your team with the full context: who the customer is, what they asked and everything said so far. You decide where that line sits, and the agent offers a person whenever someone asks for one.
Do you only build AI?
No. We build the software your process needs and add AI only where it is useful, such as reading documents, sorting enquiries or drafting replies. Rules, interfaces and standard automation often do most of the work. AI actions can be logged and reviewed.
Who owns what you build?
You own your data, configuration, workflows, knowledge base and project documentation. Accounts and channels can be set up in your name. Twenty Growth retains its underlying platform, and your licence lets you run the delivered system and export your data.
Can a government grant help pay for it?
Singapore-registered companies with at least 30% local ownership may qualify for Enterprise Singapore’s EDGE grant. Your company applies itself, before any work starts or any payment is made. We check with you whether your project may fit before we scope it, and we never promise an approval.
