CRM, ERP and system integration

When sales, operations and finance run in separate tools, staff copy the same details between them and nobody has one view of the business.

We connect those systems so details are entered once and reach every place that needs them.

What we connect

  • CRM and ERP systems with each other and with your accounting software.
  • WhatsApp, email, web forms and social inboxes into one customer record.
  • Online orders and marketplace sales with stock and fulfilment.
  • The spreadsheets your team relies on, moved into a system or kept in sync with one.
  • Dashboards that combine figures from several tools into one management view.

How we approach integration

  • Every data flow is documented before we build: what moves, when, and which system holds the master copy.
  • We use the official interfaces (APIs) your software provides wherever they exist.
  • Errors are logged and flagged to a person, so a failed sync does not go unnoticed.
  • Access is limited by role, and changes leave an audit trail.

Work we have delivered

  • SkinTrust (beauty and cosmetics): orders, stock and customer follow-up from several sales channels in one CRM dashboard.
  • Apex Investment Company Limited (consultancy): enquiries from five channels handled in one place.
  • Candour Group (real estate): a CRM with lead screening and listing automation.

How a project runs

  1. Scoped before it is built. The first week maps the workflow, integrations and acceptance criteria. You approve a written scope and quotation that shows the work, estimated days and cost for each module.
  2. Built in the open. You see working software each week, so your team can test it while changes are still quick and inexpensive.
  3. Handed over, then supported. We launch on accounts in your name, test against the agreed criteria and document the system. Ongoing maintenance is optional.

Timeline is fixed in your written scope.

Common questions

Do we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. Integration lets you keep the tools that work and connect them. We recommend replacing a tool only when connecting it would cost more than switching.

Can you connect software that has no API?

Sometimes. Options include scheduled exports and imports, reading structured emails or, as a last resort, browser automation. The scope explains the trade-offs of each before you commit.

Who owns what you build?

You own your data, configuration, workflows, knowledge base and project documentation. Accounts and channels can be set up in your name. Twenty Growth retains its underlying platform, and your licence lets you run the delivered system and export your data.
