Custom software built around how your business works

We build web applications, internal tools and customer portals for companies whose work has outgrown spreadsheets, chat groups and off-the-shelf software.

Each system is scoped against your real workflow before any code is written.

What we build

  • Internal tools for orders, stock, jobs, approvals and scheduling.
  • Sales and point-of-sale systems connected to stock.
  • Web applications and customer portals for bookings, documents, payments and support.
  • Management dashboards that pull figures from the tools you already use.
  • MVPs that test a new product or service before you commit to a full build.
  • Modernisation of older systems one part at a time, without replacing every process at once.

When custom software makes sense

Buy off-the-shelf software when it fits your process. Build when the process is what sets you apart, when staff enter the same details into several tools, or when stacked subscriptions cost more than they save.

If an existing product does the job, we will tell you.

Work we have delivered

  • SkinTrust (beauty and cosmetics): a sales system with stock control and live selling.
  • Bingori (food and beverage): point of sale, QR ordering and stock.
  • Bamos Coffee & Tea (food and beverage): a central operations dashboard.
  • An operations platform with a shared inbox, owner approvals, recurring routines and progress reporting. See the case studies.

How a project runs

  1. Scoped before it is built. The first week maps the workflow, integrations and acceptance criteria. You approve a written scope and quotation that shows the work, estimated days and cost for each module.
  2. Built in the open. You see working software each week, so your team can test it while changes are still quick and inexpensive.
  3. Handed over, then supported. We launch on accounts in your name, test against the agreed criteria and document the system. Ongoing maintenance is optional.

Timeline is fixed in your written scope.

Common questions

How is a project priced?

We price each project against a written scope. The quotation shows the work, estimated days and cost for each module. Hosting, platform usage and optional maintenance are listed separately.

How long does a build take?

Timeline is fixed in your written scope. It depends on how much is configured from existing tools and how much is new, such as modules, integrations or data migration. You see working software each week.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. A first release can cover a single workflow, such as orders or approvals. Later modules are scoped and quoted separately once the first one is in use.

Who owns what you build?

You own your data, configuration, workflows, knowledge base and project documentation. Accounts and channels can be set up in your name. Twenty Growth retains its underlying platform, and your licence lets you run the delivered system and export your data.
