Grants

EDG, PSG and MRA are now EDGE: what changed

On 30 September 2026 Enterprise Singapore replaced three grants with one. The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) and Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) stopped on 29 September 2026. New applications now go to the EDGE grant. [1]

This page explains the rules in general. It does not tell you whether your project will qualify or how much you would receive. Enterprise Singapore decides that for each application. Twenty Growth cannot promise or guarantee any grant.

The short version

  • New applications go to EDGE. EDG, PSG and MRA accept none after 30 September 2026. [2]
  • EDGE covers 8 business areas and over 150 activities. Each activity has its own page, rules and support level. [1]
  • Each company can receive up to S$100,000 a year across all EDGE activities. The cap refreshes every 1 April. [2]
  • Within that, at most S$30,000 a year can go to single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment. [2]

Support levels

Enterprise Singapore’s FAQ gives up to 50% support for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs, rising to up to 70% and 50% for internationalisation and sustainability activities. [2] The EDGE landing page summarises this as up to 70% for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs. [1]

Each activity page states its own level, and that is the figure that applies to your application.

What happens to an EDG, PSG or MRA project already under way

  • Applications submitted before 30 September 2026 are still assessed under the old scheme’s rules. [2]
  • Ongoing projects continue to completion and claim disbursement. [2]
  • A project already supported under EDG, MRA or PSG should not be funded again under EDGE. Use any balance for new projects. [2]
  • Earlier EDG, MRA or PSG grants do not count towards the new EDGE caps. [2]
  • For SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) programmes under the old schemes, final claims are due by 30 November 2026. EDGE is not supportable under SFEC. [2]

What stays the same

  • Your company applies and claims itself on the Business Grants Portal (BGP) with its own Corppass. Vendors may not submit or pay on your behalf. [2]
  • Work must not start, and no deposit may be paid, before your application is submitted. [2]
  • The grant is a reimbursement, paid after the project is complete and fully paid. [1]
  • Your vendors must have no relationship with your company, its related companies, directors or common shareholders. [2]

Where Twenty Growth fits

We quote, build and deliver the software, and we describe the work in our quotation exactly as it is. We do not log in to the Business Grants Portal, submit applications or claims, or make any promise about approval or amount. Check the official pages below for the current rules; they can change.

Common questions

Is the EDG grant still available?

No. EDG, MRA and PSG stopped accepting new applications on 29 September 2026. From 30 September 2026, Singapore businesses apply for the EDGE grant instead. Applications submitted before 30 September are still assessed under the old rules.

Is PSG still available for pre-approved software?

Not as PSG. Pre-approved single-function digital solutions now sit under EDGE, within a S$30,000 yearly cap shared with integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment.

Can we apply for EDGE if we already received EDG or PSG?

Yes, for a new project. A project already supported under EDG, MRA or PSG should not be funded again under EDGE, and earlier grants do not count towards the EDGE caps.
