Software maintenance, cloud and support
Software needs care after launch: security updates, fixes, monitoring and small changes as the business changes.
We look after the systems we build. We can also review a system another team built and tell you what supporting it would take.
What a maintenance plan can cover
- Hosting, deployment and monitoring.
- Security updates and upgrades to the libraries the system depends on.
- Bug fixes and small improvements.
- Backups and recovery checks.
- Access reviews: roles, permissions and audit trails for sensitive actions.
- Testing before every release: functional, integration and user acceptance.
How support works
Maintenance is optional and quoted separately from the build. The scope lists what is covered, how to raise a request and how quickly we respond.
The system runs on accounts in your name and comes with documentation, so you are never locked in to us for upkeep.
How a project runs
- Scoped before it is built. The first week maps the workflow, integrations and acceptance criteria. You approve a written scope and quotation that shows the work, estimated days and cost for each module.
- Built in the open. You see working software each week, so your team can test it while changes are still quick and inexpensive.
- Handed over, then supported. We launch on accounts in your name, test against the agreed criteria and document the system. Ongoing maintenance is optional.
Timeline is fixed in your written scope.
Common questions
Is a maintenance plan required?
No. Ongoing maintenance is optional. The system runs on accounts in your name and is documented at handover, so you can maintain it in-house or with another provider.
Where is the system hosted?
On cloud accounts set up in your name where possible. Hosting and platform usage costs are listed separately in the quotation, so you can see what the system costs to run.
Who owns what you build?
You own your data, configuration, workflows, knowledge base and project documentation. Accounts and channels can be set up in your name. Twenty Growth retains its underlying platform, and your licence lets you run the delivered system and export your data.
Tell us about the system you run
